Below is the full interview with DRX head coach Kim Mok-kyung and top laner Kim “Rascal” Kwang-hee.
Q. What do you think were the factors that led to your loss against DK?
Coach Kim Mok-kyung: We lost back-to-back Hanta engagements. There were still some parts of the game that didn’t add up.
Kim ‘Rascal’ Kwang-hee: Like you said, the Hanta loss was big. We will need to refine our positioning, timing, and objectives.
Q. You said that the Hanta loss was a big disappointment. Wasn’t the advantage of the Maokai pick in sets 1-2 that he was good at fighting Hanta and positioning?
Coach Kim Mok-kyung: I thought Maokai was a good pick based on the practice process and results. In today’s match, we couldn’t utilize Maokai’s advantages. It wasn’t just Jungle, we didn’t do a good job of showing our teammates how to position themselves and fight objectives.
Q. Is there anything that you think went well in today’s game?
Kim “Rascal” Kwang-hee: I still think our teammates have basic skills. 카지노사이트 Plus Kia is a really strong team from the lane, and we were able to take advantage of the early and mid game against a strong team.
