Brazil urgently seeking to sign ’56 billion transfer fee’

Tottenham Hotspur are starting to worry about the long-term future of Micky Van der Vaart (22).

“With van der Vaart out injured, Tottenham have turned to Glisson Bremer (26, Juventus) to bolster their defense,” Spanish outlet Fichajes reported on Monday (Aug. 8).

Tottenham suffered a 1-4 defeat against Chelsea in the 11th round of the 2023/2024 English Premier League at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England, on July 7.

It’s the first setback of the season for Spurs, who failed to pick up a point and lost the league lead to Manchester City, putting the brakes on their title push.

It’s also a setback for their upcoming schedule. The challenge will be to fill the void left by the sending-offs of Christian Romero and Destiny Udoji, as well as the injuries to Vander Penn and James Maddison.

Vanderpenne’s injury is particularly egregious. He suffered a hamstring injury and is reportedly in excruciating pain. Some have suggested that he may not be able to return this year.

Tottenham have also been on the hunt for a replacement, with reports suggesting that the club are willing to pay a transfer fee of more than €40 million to bring Bremer to the club in the January transfer window next year.

Bremer is well known as a key center back for Juventus. Since joining the Bianconeri from Torino last year, he has made 54 appearances for the club, helping to stabilize their defense.

He has also been called up to the Brazilian 토토사이트 national team. After earning his first Brazil cap last year, Bremer was named to the national team’s call-up list last month.

Tottenham’s interest in Bremer is serious. “Tottenham are aiming to make Bremer a star of this transfer window to strengthen their squad and return to the Champions League next season,” said Fichajes.
